Therapy Session Rates
  • 50-minute session — $175
  • 80-minute session — $280
  • Extended session (4 hours) — $560
This is a private pay practice. If helpful, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Couples Intensives + Workshops
These experiences are designed for couples who want more than surface-level change — whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or ready to deepen your connection.
  • 2-Day Intensive + follow-up — $2,400
  • 4-Hour Intensive + follow-up — $850
  • 2-Day Hold Me Tight® Workshop (in-person) — $1,100
  • 2-Day Hold Me Tight® Workshop (virtual) — $895
