Rates, Insurance + Booking
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. My goal is to make the process feel clear, supportive, and easy to navigate from the start.
Insurance Options
I am currently in-network with the following insurance providers:
  • Cigna — South Carolina and Colorado
  • Aetna — South Carolina and Colorado
  • Quest Behavioral Health — South Carolina and Colorado
  • Carelon Behavioral Health — South Carolina and Colorado
  • Providence Health Plan — South Carolina and Colorado
  • Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield — Colorado
  • Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey
  • Independence Blue Cross of Pennsylvania
I am continuing to expand my insurance network participation. I anticipate accepting additional Blue Cross Blue Shield plans beginning July 23, 2026, pending final credentialing and confirmation.
Additional insurance panels currently being pursued or considered may include:
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina
  • Additional Blue Cross Blue Shield plans
  • Oxford
  • UnitedHealthcare
  • Insurance participation does not guarantee that every individual plan will cover services. Coverage, eligibility, copays, deductibles, and authorization requirements vary by plan. Your insurance benefits must be verified before services can be billed as in-network.
Self-Pay Rates
  • 50-minute session — $150
  • 80-minute session — $240
  • Extended session, up to 4 hours — $480
Self-pay may be a good fit if you prefer greater privacy, have an insurance plan that is not currently accepted, or are seeking services that may not be covered by insurance.
A limited number of reduced-rate openings may be available based on financial need and current availability. If cost feels like a barrier, you are welcome to reach out to discuss available options.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement and Superbills
For clients whose insurance plans are not currently in-network, a superbill may be provided upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan, deductible, and out-of-network benefits. Contacting your insurance provider directly can help you better understand your coverage.
When your insurance plan is confirmed as in-network, eligible services will be billed through the appropriate insurance platform rather than submitted as out-of-network care.
What to Expect
Once you schedule, you will receive access to a secure client portal where you can complete your intake paperwork, review practice policies, and manage your appointments.
My intention is to keep the process as clear and supportive as possible, so you can focus on healing, growth, and meaningful connection.
